Cooperation Models

1. What is the difference between the service provider mode and the trading mode?

In the trading mode, we quote and supply products directly. In the service provider mode, we work on the customer’s sourcing side, assisting with supplier screening, quotation benchmarking, price negotiation, order milestone management and risk control.

2. How should customers choose the right mode?

Standard orders are usually suitable for the trading mode. Complex sourcing, multiple suppliers, private label projects or long-term programs are better suited to the service provider mode. The two models can also be combined.

3. Does the trading mode only include quotation?

No. The trading mode also includes product portfolio suggestions, PI confirmation, production progress follow-up, container loading coordination, shipping documents and shipment feedback.

02

Service Provider Mode

1. What can you specifically help with?

We can assist with supplier screening, quotation comparison, price negotiation, private label document coordination, order milestone follow-up, document checking and risk alerts. Our focus is not simply passing messages, but helping customers make China sourcing clearer and more controllable.

2. Which customers is this mode suitable for?

It is suitable for overseas tire agents, wholesalers, private brand operators, multi-category buyers and customers who want to reduce repeated communication with multiple suppliers. It is especially valuable when customers need to compare factory resources, develop private label orders or manage complex sourcing milestones.

3. Under the service provider mode, do customers pay factories directly?

In many cases, customers may pay the factory directly, while LUCKY LION acts as the sourcing coordination service provider on the buyer’s side, assisting with communication, benchmarking, follow-up and risk reminders. The actual payment route and cooperation method should be confirmed case by case based on the customer, supplier and order situation.

4. Can customers entrust only one specific task?

Yes. Customers may separately entrust supplier screening, price benchmarking, private label document coordination, inspection arrangement, order follow-up or document checking. We will confirm the cooperation method according to the service scope and project complexity.

03

Trading Mode

1. What services are included in the trading mode?

The trading mode includes product portfolio recommendations, quotations, PI confirmation, order execution, production follow-up, packaging and label coordination, container loading and shipment, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and other document support. Customers can work with one LUCKY LION team to complete the main process from inquiry to shipment.

2. What information is needed for quotation?

We recommend providing target market, product category, sizes, quantity, target price range, certification requirements, destination port, payment method and expected delivery time. If the customer does not yet have a complete size list, they can first share market and channel information, and we can help propose an initial product portfolio.

3. Do you support long-term replenishment?

Yes. For long-term customers, we can help optimize replenishment rhythm, key sizes and new product introduction plans based on sales feedback, inventory status, seasonal demand and market price changes, supporting a more stable supply system.

04

Fees and Quotations

1. How is the service provider mode charged?

Service fees under the service provider mode are usually determined according to the order value, sourcing complexity and service scope. A common reference method is to charge a certain percentage of the order product value. The final fee should be confirmed separately based on the number of SKUs, number of suppliers, complexity of private label materials, certification requirements, inspection needs and execution depth.

2. How do you quote under the trading mode?

Quotations are based on brand, size, pattern, quantity, payment method, delivery time, trade terms and certification requirements. Official prices are subject to the formal quotation or PI.

3. How long is the price validity?

The validity period is subject to the formal quotation or PI. During special market periods, container loading date, production schedule and price validity need to be confirmed separately.

05

Products and Markets

1. Which product categories can you supply?

LUCKY LION focuses on tires and covers PCR passenger car tires, TBR truck and bus tires, OTR tires, MCR motorcycle tires, as well as agricultural tires, forklift tires, port tires, skid steer tires and other specialty tires.

2. Can you assist with batteries, wheels and other auto parts?

This can be evaluated case by case according to customer needs. LUCKY LION’s core business remains tire trading and sourcing coordination. For customers with long-term cooperation or a clear sourcing plan, we may also use China supply chain resources to help match batteries, wheels and selected related auto parts supply solutions.

3. Do you support mixed container loading?

Yes, but it needs to be confirmed according to product size, volume, weight, loading rate, factory shipping conditions and delivery time. For multi-size or multi-category orders, we can help customers evaluate a more reasonable full-container combination.

06

Private Label, Certifications and Documents

1. Do you support customers’ private label projects?

Yes. We can assist with packaging design, labels, color cards, cartons, sidewall marking, brand documents and production confirmation milestones. Private label projects usually require advance confirmation of MOQ, packaging requirements, design files, certification documents and production lead time.

2. What certification support can you provide?

Depending on product category, factory and destination market, we can help confirm requirements related to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, DOT, E-mark, GSO / GCC, SASO, SONCAP, INMETRO, NOM and other documents. The applicable certification scope must be based on the product, factory and destination country regulations.

3. Are certification documents provided with the shipment?

The document type, version, destination country requirements and supplier information should be confirmed before placing the order. Certification requirements may differ by product, factory and destination market.

Note: Before placing a formal order, customers are advised to clarify the destination country, product category, sizes and customs clearance requirements, so that certification documents and market access materials can be confirmed in advance.
07

Orders, Delivery and Inspection

1. What is the standard order process?

The general process includes requirement confirmation, product matching, quotation or PI confirmation, payment arrangement, production or stock reservation, packaging confirmation, container loading and shipment, document preparation and follow-up feedback. For service provider projects, we may also add supplier screening, price benchmarking, inspection coordination and risk alerts according to customer needs.

2. How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on product category, size, inventory status, order quantity, private label requirements, factory production schedule and shipping plan. The estimated lead time will be stated as clearly as possible in the formal quotation or PI, and special periods need to be confirmed based on actual production and vessel schedule.

3. Can you assist with inspection?

Yes. Depending on project needs, we can arrange pre-shipment inspection, photo and video feedback, third-party inspection, factory audit or on-site container loading inspection. Related fees should be confirmed separately according to the service scope.

Preparation for First Cooperation

1. What information should be provided when contacting you for the first time?

We recommend providing target country or region, customer type, product category, size list, estimated quantity, target price range, certification requirements, destination port, expected purchasing time and preferred cooperation mode. The clearer the information, the faster we can evaluate suitable product resources and cooperation solutions.

2. Can I consult without a complete size list?

Yes. You may first provide the target market, sales channels, main customer groups and budget range. We can help suggest an initial product portfolio direction, and then refine the size list based on market feedback, price range and certification requirements.

3. How should a new cooperation start?

For new customers, we recommend starting with core sizes, a small trial order, a standard container purchase or one clearly defined service project. After the first cooperation confirms product suitability, communication efficiency, document requirements and delivery process, the sourcing scope can be gradually expanded or a long-term replenishment plan can be established.
